Orders are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and we also accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Prices listed on our website exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the domestic United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on availability. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.

Once a package is shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. Ichor is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once a product has been opened or used.

Unopened items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@drinkichor.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our products are designed to support hydration and general wellness, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding our alkaline and hydrogen water have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
