Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Ichor Hydrogen Water online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the consumable nature of the product and for reasons of health, safety, and quality control, Ichor Hydrogen Water does not accept returns of any products. This applies to all items regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.

2. Refund Eligibility

Ichor Hydrogen Water offers refunds under limited circumstances, primarily for verifiable product damage, defect, or fulfillment error. A refund may be issued if the customer submits a valid request within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date and provides all required information. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Ichor Hydrogen Water, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. “Delivery date” is defined herein as the date the shipment carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) electronically confirms the package was delivered to the shipping address.

Refund eligibility requires the customer to provide:

  • The order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence if the claim involves damage, leakage, or defect

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify Ichor Hydrogen Water within seven (7) days of delivery. The customer must submit photographs demonstrating the issue. Upon verification, Ichor Hydrogen Water may issue a refund or replacement at no cost to the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: ICHOR is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed to be missing. The customer assumes the risk of loss after carrier confirmation of delivery. We may assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier at our sole discretion.
  • Incorrect Address: The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Order Cancellation: An order may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within two (2) hours of placement and prior to the order being processed for shipment.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the following terms apply:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refund processing may take three to seven business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is granted due to an error made by ICHOR (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Ichor Hydrogen Water is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s financial institution

6. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same refund terms described above. To avoid future charges, customers must cancel subscriptions prior to the next renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for subscription renewals billed before cancellation. Renewal dates are clearly posted in the customer’s account dashboard, and it is the customer’s sole responsibility to manage their subscription status.

7. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted more than thirty (30) days after delivery
  • Claims related to subjective taste, odor, color, or personal preference
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers, third-party sellers, or resellers
  • Promotional items, limited edition items, or items marked as final sale

8. How to Submit a Refund Request

The request must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs if applicable

All requests will receive a response within two to three business days.

9. General Terms and Governing Law

  • Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. This policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service on the website www.ichor.com, which contains full dispute resolution terms and conditions.
  • Policy Amendments: ICHOR Reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply. All prices are exclusive of applicable federal, state and local taxes unless otherwise stated.
